Ahsante Segwagwa is a law student at the University of Botswana. Having lived in both South Africa and Botswana, she gradually grew a passion for legal reform and research. Additionally, she took part in an African treaty and ratification workshop held by ALSA, she continues to seek opportunities that educate her on what she’s passionate about. She currently sits as a secretary in the Department of Education and Outreach at Thari Ya Sechaba, a non profit organization that seeks to protects women and children as well as being a volunteer for The Civic Chapter and Mebala Youth Studios.
